    Privacy Policy

    Plain-English summary: ScamCheck™ is designed to check messages and screenshots without saving them in our database. We only keep the contact information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email, and optional phone number, so we can send helpful safety resources and updates. We do not sell your personal information.

    1. Messages You Scan

    When you paste a message or upload a screenshot, it is sent securely to an AI model to be analyzed. ScamCheck is designed so your scanned message or screenshot is not saved in our database. The result is sent back to your screen.

    Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, private medical information, home addresses, or full names of people who do not need to be identified.

    2. Information You Give Us on the Access Form

    To access the scanner, you may give us:

    • Your name — so we can address you personally.
    • Your email — so we can send online safety tips, Find Love Safely™ resources, and related updates.
    • Your phone number — only if you want SMS updates.

    This information is sent to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, so we can stay in touch. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

    3. SMS Messages

    If you give us your phone number and check the SMS box, you agree to receive text messages from Find Love Safely. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to use ScamCheck.

    • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
    • Reply HELP for help.

    We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

    4. Sharing Results by Email

    After a scan, you can choose to email the result to someone you trust, such as a caregiver, parent, family member, or friend. If you do:

    • The result is sent to the email address you enter.
    • We do not save the original message you scanned or the screenshot you uploaded in our database.
    • If you uploaded a screenshot, the image itself is not emailed — only ScamCheck’s written result.
    • We do not add the recipient to our marketing list unless they choose to subscribe.

    5. Cookies & Tracking

    We use local storage on your device to remember that you have already filled out the access form, so we do not ask you again. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

    6. How to Delete Your Information

    You can ask us to delete your name, email, and phone number from our system at any time. Email info@findlovesafely.com and we will respond within 30 days.

    7. Children’s Privacy

    ScamCheck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
